How many voters can a questions have?

We do not have any limitation on the number of voters, and we never will.

How many questions can I create?

Infinite. (We haven't set a limit, so basically you can keep going until the Internet is full)

How many times can a user vote?

One time only. However, if your voters are a bit techie it is possible to work around this. We are considering implementing a more complex but bullet-proof solution as an additione.

For how long are my questions saved?

Forever.

Can I login to save my questions?

Not right now. To ensure access to your question you should copy and save the URL (Example: http://mentimeter.com/public/43e50ece3dd1). In the future we'll make it possible to save questions in an account for those who want to.

Can I share my result via social media like Twitter & Facebook?

Yes! If you want to share your question you can copy the URL to the presentation view (link example: http://mentimeter.com/public/43e50ece3dd1) and share it however you may like. Please note that the link gives administration access to the question, making it possible to edit, close or reset the question.

Can I export my result?

No, we do not provide an export function as of now but we will include it in a later release.

Can I create a series of questions?

Not at this moment but there is a workaround: You can  copy the URL when in presentation view and paste it into your power point/ key note.

Why is it free? Will it stay free even in the future?

We think this kind of service should be as simple as possible which also implies that it should be free. We're working on a premium version as well, but you can be assured that all the features that are free right now will continue to be free.
